im brianna. i have a two room apt and im looking for a room mate. im a college student and i work nights so i really need a roommate that isn't going to bring drama to the house. i am very 420 friendly and it is a must that you are comfortable with that. i also have a lab and a chiuaua, they are very nice and its important that whoever i pick as a roommate be nice to my dogs. im going to school to be a vet and i love animals very much so its important that you hit it off with my doggies.i would be willing to rent this room on a month to month lease or we can write up a lease for the remainder of my lease in the apt. rent is 400 plus utilitys. im asking a 300$ deposit half of which is refundable. (150 is refundable, 150 goes towards background check and cleaning the place after you leave)
the pictures shown are of the common area which you would have full access to.
the room currently has a twin size bed with dresser and nightstand along with a bookshelf and a entertainment stand. however the current furniture is girly.
im ok with visitors as long as they are respectfull and don't eat up all the food in the house.
1 overnight visit a week.
