this is a 3bed/2bath sublease. 2 rooms are open the master bedroom which has a private bath and walk in closet and the 2nd room which is a shared bath and smaller. this is in a mobile home but the mobile home is in very good shape, hard wood floors, very quiet neighborhood. looking to fill both rooms, rent is 241 a month no matter which room, deposit is 241 also. move in date march 1st but would be willing to let you move in sooner for free as long as you put deposit down, then when march 1st comes around you pay rent. utilites are not included in rent so only utilitie on currently is electric and runs from 40-100 a month extra. still very reasonable. water and trash are paid for. if you wanted internet or cable you would have to get it set up. any other questions feel free to ask.
