hey all! i'm living in campus west apartments and i'm trying to find someone to take over my lease for the fall2010/winter2011 school year. you would get the room with the biggest closet! i'm going to cc now instead of gvsu and need to find a subleaser asap! i'm willing to pay you $300 dollars cash if you take over my lease! the townhouse is about 1300sq ft. its 4 bedrooms, so if you have friends, bring them, otherwise campus west will fill the rooms for you. rent is 320 a month plus utilities(so it comes to about 350 a month). campus went just built a brand new recreation center with free tanning, workout room, game room and study lounge. also, the bus stop is within 100 yards and takes you to campus and downtown for free. please email me with any questions or call me or facebook me. we can set up a time to show you around! thanks! amber
