i am a 24 year old student at grcc with the intent to transfer to gvsu in the future. i live in a house with my brother who is the landlord and a graduate student at gvsu, and we live just a few miles down the road from the allendale campus. the available room is about 11x12 feet with a closet. the bathroom is shared between the two rooms, but there are two sinks in the bathroom. rent is $450, and that includes utilities and internet. renters are welcome to use the kitchen upstairs including a fair amount of space in the refrigerator and freezer, and of course the washer and dryer which are downstairs. there is a wet-bar downstairs with lots of cabinet space, a mini fridge and a sink. there is also walkout to the backyard.

i better say i'm not looking to rent the room to more than one person and the standard lease would have limitations on overnight guests. a female tenant would be preferable. my parents dog will be staying here for the month of september. otherwise, there are three cats here full time.
