looking for an easy going, laid back rooomate. i'm a recently divorced 27 year old professional. i work in downtown ann arbor and am looking for another person to live with, preferably male. i can deal with smoking if its outside(i recently quit myself). i'm a really clean person overall. i am professional as i have a full time job but definitely drink occasionally and know how to have a good time. i'm a very busy person and am not home that often.my condo is located on the aata bus line its about a 20 minute ride to downtown. the condo is 1350 square foot two bedroom and two full bathroom. the rent will be a flat $500(might be negotiable) a month which includes gas,electric,water, and internet. if you consider cable a necessity i would be willing to split it. month to month will probably work best for both of us as long as the month is paid for before it arrives. i would like to meet up with the potential roommate for a drink or something just to hang out, get to know each other, and see if we get along. i don't have any pets and would prefer to not have any.
