we have an extra room and an extra bathroom in our home that we'd like to rent out to a military member. my husband is active duty air force and we just trust military members more than others! i have a job in galveston, tx monday through thursday, so i'll only be at the house every other weekend or so. we have 1 friendly 20 pound corgi mix and 1 curious cat that stay at the house all the time, as well as 1 55 pound lab mix who travels with me. we cannot accept any more pets due to our homeowner's association agreement. the room is fairly good sized and includes a king sized bed with storage frame, two night stands, an armoire for a tv, and two pretty large closets. the rent each month would be $720 and would include all utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, directv (including nfl sunday ticket each year), wireless internet, alarm system, and complete access to the pool table and margarita machine). the move in deposit would be $400, and can be refunded upon moving out if nothing has been damaged (this is in addition to rent). i'm horribly allergic to smoke, so no smokers please!
