roommate (who we are seeking....you)
looking for a professional who is financially stable, friendly, outgoing and respectful of others and in common spaces.
the houses and neighborhood are surprisingly quiet (especially on the weekends) and we all appreciate privacy, courtesy, and neatness.
that being said, we enjoy being social but wouldn't be thrilled with a person looking to host late night parties or loud late night guests. we do have a house cleaner that comes monthly to clean the common areas and a landscaper to handle yard maintenance.
