i live in tonti lakeside apartments in the north park area of dallas, texas only about two blocks from north park mall in a two bedroom apartment. i am currently looking for a roommate for the 2nd bedroom. other than rent costs, there will be 1/2 the electric & water, cable/internet ($50 a piece). free services with the apartment will be renters insurance which is a total for both a coverage amount of $20,000 coverage, burglar alarm system and free trash pick up. the apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood near many shopping and dining locations and close to dart rail station and north park shuttle. looking for a roommate that is responsible, reliable, honest, open minded, cultured.

the apartment comes with a 2 bed/2 bath, fire place, stainless steel ge applicances, full size washer and dryer, wooden cabinets, burber beige carpet, plantation blinds, alarm system, balcony with storage, fitness center, swimming pool with barbeque grill and hot tub, creek side view, (covered, uncoverd and underground parking) and a gated community. pictures availble upon request.
