room(s) for rent in beautiful west side housei have three rooms to rent separately for $300 each, or $600 for the entire top floor (includes living and dining room), shared kitchen and minimal sharing of bathtub in upstairs bathroom. (there's shower in the bathroom in basement where myself and partner reside).
private entrance month to month rent. washer and dryer in finished basement. garden space in the back, and room to grow plants on the enclosed sunporch.

mj friendly for smokers, all else must be outside. no kittens in main area (allergic, but they are very cute).
would love lesbian/queer women to share the space with, as we are those kinda folk. also, we compost, recycle and are willing to share food/meals if you are vegetarian or vegan.
