all utilities included; electricity, water, central air (from common hall), heat and wifi. tenant/guest must provide their own food, toiletries, laundry detergent, towels etc. and leave all bathroom/kitchen/laundry areas clean after each use. this leaves these areas clean for the next person to use.
125.00 weekly with 500.00 security
