hello!young female professional looking for a roommate for shared flat in woodbridge. apartment is a 1200 square foot duplex, with one shared bathroom and an extra, third bedroom for guests. space is mostly furnished; renter would need to supply bedroom furniture. kitchen supplies welcome :). washer, dryer and storage are available in basement. house includes front porch and shared backyard. home is absolutely smoke and drug free, not a party house. street parking is available.
neighborhood is safe and friendly. it's close to midtown and corktown and a short drive from downtown, a great central location. rent is $650/month, utilities and internet included. terms would be month-to-month but looking for someone interested in staying more long-term.
small, well-behaved pets are negotiable, especially if they're cute and cuddly :).
room is available starting in may (negotiable).
