it is a 1300 sq ft apartment on the third floor with a back yard that has a fire pit and a back porch. parking is on street. i have a dog and cat so you must be okay with animals. there is cable and internet that is included in the rent but if you want cable in your room it may cost a little more. we would be sharing the whole apartment so access to the porch and living room are open. my boyfriend and i are in need of a room mate that is in their 20's or early 30's as we are a young couple. looking for someone who does not party a lot but is responsible and clean.
