i have a large home with a medium sized room. i live on the top floor with my service dog. the army vet i take care of rents the other room on the main floor. you would have wifi and cable which is included as well as water and elec. your only cost would be any on demand movies. i work at a food outreach so there is always plenty of food. we share the kitchen and living room and you share the full bathroom on the main floor with my other renter. bus stop is 1/2 block and walking distance to most of downtown and colleges. no smoking, drugs, drinking or drama. perfect for student or serious minded person. its quiet and safe and we are christians . eight one zero three five eight seven three five zero to text me. thanks
