two women ages 25 and up are looking for a clean, non-smoking, outgoing, female roommate who isn't allergic to dogs because we have a small pomeranian that is very people friendly, to share a 3 bedroom duplex that has two bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, washer/dryer, living room and family room, with balcony and back patio that overlooks a pond and small family park. duplex is nestled in a nice, quiet, family oriented neighborhood. a security deposit of 100.00 is required to move in, along with first month's rent, which makes this a total of 413.00. an application process is required, we will begin showing the room around march 15th. 2011. we split rent and utilities (gas and electric) 3 ways. looking forward to hearing from you.
