ron and i(jacob)are a gay couple. wer very clean people and respectful. we are looking for anyone to be our roommate as long as you are clean, respectful and you pay for rent on time. you will get your own room, the same size as master room, with a walkin closet. the main bathroom is shared between everyone. your rent will include your utilities, though we do ask that things are not left running, as well as cable tv (extended basic) and wireless internet. if you need a direct internet connection we can work something out. the rent is $250 a month with a $250 deposit upfront. your lease is only a month-month lease. if you would like to come check out the place please get ahold of us at ron_jakes9367@yahoo.com.
