we have a room in the howell-brighton area right off of grand river for 450/mo., including all utilities and full laundry/kitchen access. you will have your own bathroom; it is currently the general/guest bathroom but if you prefer, we can ask our guests to just use our restroom. we do have pets - two cats and a snake, which is kept in our bedroom 167 hours a week. we don't mind tobacco smoking as long as it's on the porch. alcohol is not allowed inside the property. we may be okay with couples, although that does mean we'll have to like both of you. that said, we'll understand if you do not like both of us.please contact us with a way to contact you and we will do so and arrange a meeting with you as soon as possible. 810.623.8222 (call or text)

we are both introverts and feel we would still get along best with another introvert. interests of ours include art, outside-y stuff, music, pokemon, writing, video games, horses, cats, being inside, and probably other stuff, too. we also feel it best to mention that one of us is transgender, and require that you tolerate that.
