i am looking for a female housemate for the august 2017-july 2018 rent cycle. the house is 3 rooms, but the price listed is assuming only 2 rooms are in use, since the 3rd room is small and may not be occupied after october (while it is occupied, rent is $415/month).

bus to cornell stops 1/2 block away, and wegmans is a 10-minute walk. neighborhood is quiet. grill and picnic table in back yard. free street parking and 1 off-street parking spot that i use but am happy to share. pets are welcome if you sign a pet agreement with the landlord and pay a pet deposit of $200 that is returned to you 1 month after you leave.
