i am looking for a roommate to help out with the living cost for my home. it's a 2 bed 1.5 bath. i am in the mast bed with the half bath, my sons in one room and you would be in the 3rd. the hall bath is the only one with a bathtub that we would share. there is enough storage in there for our bathroom essentials. (we bathe at night and wouldn't need it in the morning) the room can be furnished or not. room for storage in the back shed. must sign contract before moving in. we would discuss details when we meet. move in day would be in about a month. located near the kart ranch. contact me for financial details. also, must pick up after yourself. i am very laid back and my kid is good. i would never expect you to watch or pick up after my child.
