we have a room in our three bedroom 2016 home. we are about 10 minutes from east lansing, and one block from public transportation. no security deposit. no lease required. utilities included are water/sewer, trash, electric, gas. rent is $100 paid weekly. room is furnished with a queen size bed, bureau, nightstand with lamp, television on cedar chest stand with storage drawers, small sitting bench, wall shelf with clothing hooks, cedar storage chest in walk in closet and shelving surrounding walls of walk in closet for storage. bed linens, blankets, and bath towels are provided.the bathroom is private and has a bathtub shower combo, toilet, and sink with storage cabinet underneath.
we have a dog that lives here...no additional long term pets desired but open to short term renter with dog for short stay with a $25 per week dog fee or cat (any term) that would need to mainly stay in your private areas.
