there are two rooms for rent. smaller room is 400.00 and larger room is 500.00. the house is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. i have a golden retriever mix that's 6 years old. i'm 28 years old. i work full-time and go to school full-time so i'm a busy gal. i like a home, not a house so people who are friendly are a plus. just looking for responsible, respectful but cool people to house share with! oh yeah, open to having a couple move in but it'll be high rent. might be open to another small to medium dog or cat but it would depend on how they got along.
