the room for rent is in our (my husband and i) 3 bedroom house. you will have access to your own private bathroom, private use of our mini fridge, and your own designated cupboards for your food. $500 rent includes: water, gas, electric, use of our netflix on your computer, trash and sewer bills and internet. or if you prefer the rent could be $400 with utilities split 3 ways.we require a clean, honest, drama and drug free renter with proof of employment. the lease will be for 3 months, after that we can all decide if its a good fit and extend the lease agreement. ideally we would like someone who fits and would like to stay longer. the cleaning/security deposit is $300, which will be refundable depending on state of premisis after you vacate. smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard.
we are a late 20's chill couple, both with jobs. occasionally we have friends over for movie nights, but don't host crazy parties. we are respectful of eachothers sleep hours.
