my husband and i are thirty something professionals who work in radio and teaching respectively. we are nerdy, friendly, and very laid back people looking for a roommate with a similar personality. our apartment is a second level, two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a small office/ study area upstairs. we have a garage, off- street parking, are literally one block from a shopping center with a grocery store, best buy, and many restaurants. our apartment is also very close to a movie theatre and a park with a lake. our roommate would have a private room and bathroom, washer/dryer unit right across from their room, access to high speed internet, and access to cable in thier room. we are also located near the highway and local bus routes.
