the master bedroom in this single-family home will be available june 3, 2017. this room has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom - so no worries about having to share! there are 2 other rooms in this house, both currently occupied by members of our family. the available room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house will remain furnished. free access to common areas of the house. there is a washer and a dryer in the house, free for use though detergent will not be provided. there is some extra storage space in the garage if necessary. utilities (water/sewage, trash, electricity, cable/internet) are included in rent price but you're on your own for food. this is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. a very large backyard is available for use, with horseshoe pits and a small(ish) deck off the sliding glass doors. pets are not preferred but can be negotiated - there will be a chihuahua in the house so animal must be good with dogs and you must take care of your own pet. no smoking in the house and no drugs of any kind. pay stub and credit score must be provided upon demand. a $300 deposit must be paid before move-in. a minimum 6 month lease must be signed. rent is due on the 1st of every month.
