i have a half finished basement, 2 rooms with private door, private 1/2 bath which will be expanded to include a shower this summer. roomer will have full access to kitchen and upstairs bath along with garage parking and wi-fi. smoking would be permitted outside only. i have two inside cats which would remain upstairs, so if you're allergic to cats this is not the place for you. $400 a month will include utilities and cable access. 1 mile s of m59, 7 min from us 23 and 25 min from 96. i am an open-minded friendly person but i am looking for a roomer not a best friend so any age as long as employed is fine.i am also known as sabotsamy at yahoo
