we are a family of 4. myself, my husband and our 2 daughters ages 5 and 10. we are looking for a roommate not a babysitter. our current roommate has been here 2years and we absolutely love her but she has graduated college and is now getting married. we are asking $500/month, utilities are included in that as well. you would get 2 private bedrooms, a private bathroom, private dining room. the kitchen and laundry room are the only shared rooms. you'd have a garage as well. we are within walking distance to the colleges baker and mcc. the house itself has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a double garage, a laundry room, front and back yard and a very peaceful neighborhood. we prefer a serious student. this is not at all a "party" atmosphere. its is very quiet and relaxed in our home. we are outside smokers. we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. they are well behaved and never leave our side. so, you wouldn't have to interact with my children or my pets unless you'd like to. we need someone that is very reliable and responsible. i don't like having to ask for the rent check. i just like it to be on the fridge every month by the 15th. if you are looking for a quiet place to study and finish up college drama free then take a look at our house.
