we have two bedrooms (a bit furnished if you desire) available on the second floor which has a private entrance, den, and huge living space (each person pays $450.00 per month as a rent and pays utilities). each floor has its shared bathroom. kitchen, dining, and living area are located on the first floor and 2 other housemates (males) are living on the floor. we do have front and backyard, 2 car garage, and basement with a bar. laundry is also located in the basement. we're looking for 1-2 person(s) to live in this house at least until june 31 of 2013 (or you may find another person to replace your position if you need to move out earlier than the indicated date). two of us who are living on the second floor are leaving the house in january of 2012 (this month or feb as latest) so we need to find people who can live in this house instead of us.
