in search of a female/male/lgbtq housemate for my semi-disabled mother who is in her 60s. must be clean and organized, have a positive attitude, no drug history, no children, no pets, nonsmoking (e-cigarette is ok) and no drama.
you would have your own bathroom and bedroom. shared living space includes kitchen, living room, w&d, deck, yard -wooded lot brings a variety of critters, but not dangerous =)
in exchange for this very low rent which includes bed, side tables, utilities, tv, internet and cable, you would provide: basic housekeeping responsibilities, lawn mowing/snow shoveling (very small walkway and deck), minor lifting/physical assistance as needed. she does not need personal assistance.
only transportation (medical appointments- roughly one or two a month, grocery store-monthly, family events- every other month) as the needs arise.
ideal for college student- especially those going into a medical field or working young person. references required. reliable transportation a must. if interested we can set up a meeting.
