i am a 25 year old professional (a clean individual) who is need of a roommate (female or male). my apartment is furnished, cable, internet, brand new washer and dryer. i would like to fill the vacant master bedroom (own bathroom) as soon as possible.the apartment complex is harmony heights and is located on the west side of town.
ideal person would be a professional (students would be all right, but i would like to meet in person). any tobacco use is welcome on the balcony only.
with all utilities and wifi/cable rent is approximately $530.00 month.
