im just a single mother with a 4 bedroom house looking to fill the 4th room. i live with my 7yr old daughter and my sister which is 22. we are both very professional. my daughter spends most of her days at daycare or school because of my work schedule. smoking is allowed outside. the room available does have a satellite hook up and all utilities are included in the rent paid. pets are welcome but you will be responsible to clean up after them and a small deposit of $200 will be required in case of any damage caused. i am an open minded person and understand everyone has their needs and will accommodate as much as i possibly can. as far as cleaning everyone in the house is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and shared areas.
