seeking a roommate that is fun! and responsible. we work hard and play hard.... cleanliness is very important to us, however you leave your room is your choice but please keep your bathroom and the common rooms decent and just pick up after yourself! :) we are looking for a roommate that is fun but pays his/hers bills ontime. (who doesn't? haha).... we have two dogs and four cats... we are not looking for a roommate that has any dogs ...if you do want to pay for a small security deposit for your dog we would consider it, and only if they get along with ours. other animals may be possible if they are good to ours (naturally). we are both vegetarians and are very relaxed and believe in having a nice peaceful household except for the occassional party with friends. we are just looking for a roommate who doesnt bring bad food or energy in the house, is respectful of our animals and our belongings, and wants to have way too much fun on the weekends.... fingers crossed!!!! 7757420100- sage or ms.sagejohnson@gmail.com


you have- a private room with a walk in closet and full view of reno
-semi-private bathroom.... sometimes when guests stay over they may need to use shower. happens maybe twice a year at most, and would be a discussion with you before guests come over..
