rent is $690 divided in half by you and me, so $345/month plus 1/2 power (which i've never paid more than $70 dollars for in the winter)bedroom is 11' x 12'/large closet, but other storage space is not available cuz there are no other closets besides the bedrooms/1 window facing west with a/c unit sealed into it/upstairs
the home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex with nice, small yard on the side/6’x3’ planting bed under the front window/your own parking space right in front of the door/new windows downstairs/on the corner of 2 one way streets in a quiet neighborhood close to everything/5-10 min walk off bus line rapid and rapid connect/small but cozy/no dishwasher/ex roommate owned everything, so now empty with plenty of room for all your furniture, tv, dishes, microwave, etc.
looking for roommate who is drug free, dependable, pet cats are ok with landlady, no dogs
i am nicola or “nikki” vandiver/34/trying to quit smoking but i never smoke in the house/drink rarely/employee of sky west @ the airport currently in the am but i pick up hours a lot/love photography/like to read, watch movies, and hang out at local coffeehouses in my spare time/try to go to the gym too/moved here from albuquerque, nm last year for my job/originally from tn/chatty/no pets of my own/not the tidiest…ask for more…
