the room comes with use of laundry, kitchen, huge walk-in closet, 2 large windows, private bath (across the hall from the room), private cable tv hook up, wireless internet and more. the room can include a 26" lcd hd tv. it does include a cable tv hook-up, wireless internet and brand new covered full-sized mattress.there is a tv and fireplace in the living room, space in the garage for another car and more pluses. there is a huge laundry room with a front-load washer and dryer for use.
i have only recently moved into my home. it is in rochester hills on the boundary near troy, west bloomfield, auburn hills and only a couple miles to m-59 or i-75.
the rent is adjustable ($400+up), depending on how much furniture and accomodations you need, such as linens and such.
house has central heat and air, large dinette area and more.
