seeking a sub-lessor for a fantastic three bedroom apartment, only one block away from main street in royal oak. i love this apartment and my roommates, but i have been offered a job overseas. i wouldn't be leaving otherwise!we are seeking a social and polite roommate to fulfill my lease obligations. the sublease will need to be approved by our rental company. you would have two roommates: one man and one woman. both are young working professionals. we have a lot of fun, but always pay our rent on time. we are open to student or professional applicants. the apartment will be first available on september 1st. no pets--your roommates are allergic!
the available bedroom fits a queen size bed easily with two dressers. laminate floors are throughout the apartment, and we have radiant heat. one bathroom, a kitchen with new appliances, large dining room and separate living room space. the laundry facilities are just across the parking lot from the apartment.
the rent is $680, and all utilities are included save internet/cable, which is $40 per month. the lease is over on june 30, 2015.
pictures are attached of the living space and the available bedroom (they were taken before the furniture was put into the apartment to give you an idea of how spacious it is). the application process will involve an interview with the roommates, a walk through of the apartment, and submission of a background/credit check to the leasing company.
