my hubby and i have a 3 bedroom & 1 bath house in saginaw mi. we want to rent out one bedroom. the rent per month would be 325 & 500 to move in. you would have your own room but have to share the bathroom. we have 3 cats that are fully litter trained. most of the time you won't even know they are there. we don't smoke or drink. no drugs. we are not partiers. ray works a lot. if interested, please let us know. our place is in saginaw.
