i'm a 31 year old male and have a 1,300 sq. ft. condominium. one of the 2 bedrooms that i have will be vacant as of may 26, 2011 and am looking for an occupant. i'm a working professional, clean cut, organized, and upkeep my place very well. the ideal roommate should be a female that's organized, neat, and picks up after themselves. the condominium has a 2 car garage and walk out balcony/deck. one of the spaces will be available to the potential renter. it's a tuck under garage which is great for parking your car during rainy or snow days. the condo is a corner unit with a side yard big enough for a pet if you'd like to bring one with you. i don't mind having cats or dogs as long as you pick up and take care of them while i'm gone. one of the bedrooms that i'm interested in renting has a big closet and window out to the yard. if you'd like to know more please contact me.
