looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment on the ne side of san antonio near thousand oaks and perrin beitel.i'm a female so i would like a female roommate but may be comfortable with the right male. you should be employed or have a reliable steady income. no pets. i already have 2 small super friendly dogs and the complex only allows 2 pets per apartment.
i don't have kids and would like a roommate who doesn't have them either.
no criminal history (sorry that's the complex rules) they are fine with small stuff like traffic tickets and the like but nothing crazy.
i'm cool with personal marijuana use, i'm pretty liberal but it shouldn't interfere with your ability to hold a job or be responsible. i have a full time job as well as work as a freelance artist so i like things to be pretty harmonious.
i'm pretty easy going and easy to get along with as long as you are. i'm pretty tidy but not a clean freak sometimes things can get a little cluttered as i'm working on projects but i try to contain them to my own personal space. i'm only asking for $425 in rent. your half of the rent will be $360 + $65 for bills. if we actually split the bills it would be more but i'm willing to take on the bulk.
