'm 20-year us air force veteran owner of 2-story 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom 2400 sqft house residence in a safe neighborhood and i'm looking for a clean, fun-loving and responsible roommate(s) to live with me.right now, i have a unfurnished room for rent available the 16th of april. there is no smoking and no pets allowed on premise unless given written permission by my discretion. there are two tenants currently occupying two other bedrooms.
it includes all utilities (u-verse premium tv/high-speed internet, etc...) except electricity will be shared between the other 2 tenants only above landlord's $100 threshold limit. in other words, i will pay up to $100, the rest is shared among tenants. as for security deposit, it will be $300 and must be paid upfront upon moving in. if you cannot afford the security deposit at this present time, i will gladly be able to accept 3-month payment plan.
you will have full furnished kitchen access, your own private bedroom, shared bath upstairs and half-bath downstairs, and washer and dryer.
