looking to have someone take over our lease for 2-bedroom house at aspen heights by utsa. my fiancă© and i had a joint lease in one bedroom and are moving back home.our roommate (male) will be staying for another year and has a small dog.
aspen has a private shuttle that takes you directly to utsa. amenities include: a dog park, huge pool, beach volleyball, basketball court, weight room, spin room, game room, theater room, and tanning beds. great amenities and everything is included in rent except for electricity and water. water is never more than $7 and electricity fluctuates depending on your usage, but will be split 50/50.
