my property is 5-10 mins to restaurants, grocery stores and fast food joints. i live in a nice quiet growing area with a community pool. i have 3 dogs, work in the it field, 8-5 with wknds off, gym 3x's a week and lazy on sundays.
small pets allowed, must be trained and ppl/pet friendly. renter must have good hygiene habits, cleanliness and respect owner's property and personal belongings. incentives: wi-fi, cable, alarm system, community pool, free parking and garage for storage.
