hi, i have a 250 sq ft bedroom with huge closet for rent in a 3 bedroom raised ranch in a quite, safe neighborhood. off street parking, washer/dryer and use of the entire house including kitchen. currently have another roommate in the other bedroom so the main bathroom would have to be shared with this individual or the 1/2 bath downstairs can be used separately. i have my own bathroom. house has newer hardwood floors and paint as well as a remodeled downstairs. month to month is fine regarding payment. new outside deck over the driveway. other roommate is rarely at the house and doesn't use the kitchen. room will be available july 13th. please contact eric
