my fiancee and i are renting our spare room. 500 a month. 500 covers everything from all utilities to midco internet and cable which is also accessible in your room if you own your own tv /pc. room for rent is master br. full personal bathroom with shower/tub in the room as well as walk in closet, and it's very good size and clean. we have a washer and dryer that's open to use at any time of course as well as a full kitchen.the fiancee and i are both clean, outgoing and friendly. we are both smoke free and you don't have to worry about any parties keeping you up when you work the next morning. if your a smoker that's ok to we just ask you use the patio or large back-area behind the house accessible through a sliding glass door.
this is a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood with zero crime and it's own property deep off the cross street that is safe and secure for both you and your car. each residence has a personal reserved parking space and garage so you will never have to find a place to park when you get home. the parking space, directly in front of the units front door is reserved just for you and this is really your spot marked and all, not just something we will try to save. the property also has a mail house and clubhouse open to any residents complete with small exercise room, jacuzzi and full swimming pool. the living area is extremely large with access to a large open area out back of the house.
no lease required but some feel comfortable having one and if this is you don't be afraid to contact us as it's something we can talk about. unfortunately no pets. we have two very clean, well behaved cats that are thoroughly litter box trained and friendly that we will of course keep away from your room and belongings. the litter box is in our room so that it doesn't bother you either. we just have to say no pets unfortunately because we don't know how they get a long with other cats / dogs / etc.
