this is more of a house share situation in a very pleasant quiet, clean, safe & attractive neighborhood. room rent needed to cover access to cable, wifi, air, internet, furnished bedroom, utilities, use of kitchen , washer and dryer.the bathroom is not connected to bedroom but right across the hall that can be used as a private bath. home is clean and in good repair.male preferred between the age of 50 and 60 to share in home maintenance. would consider someone up to 65 who is in good health.
lower level bedroom is occupied by son who is single and works long hours.
would prefer someone with global understanding of the world or trying to learn; community minded , speaks english, good moral character, good temperament and a non violent criminal background. house rules include, no drug usage, or other illegal activity, no friends, girlfriends, or any significant other can stay overnight.
