I am a coffee roaster, and musician. I work for a very large company in town at the corporate level. I recently bought this house for my ex wife and father in law, and she decided to divorce me.Additional Information
I need a single person, that means no kids or pets... sorry. I am a musician, and have a home studio, 2 pianos and there will be music at times. I am a classically trained player, so it will never be a bother.I work 5am to 1pm, so if you are a student, and can try to avoid people coming in and out. I have a state of the art security system, and I need it for my instrument. Washer dryer also very expensive, need to get a new dishwasher, but that will come soon. I have 3 rooms available. The large one with bathroom and tub, private entrance is 750, the other two smaller ones you could take for 500. I will do a background check, and you are more than welcome to do the same for me.
No criminals, or priors please, and please do not use my house as your storage unit.
With that said, there is a lot of joy and peace in my home, and I intend to keep it that way. I cook very well, and you are welcome to anything I make.
