i'm looking for a roommate who needs a place for this summer and fall. i'm an organized, responsible, recent grand valley grad who works in allendale and is moving into an apartment this may at hampton lakes. if you need a place that's right on the lake michigan bus routes, close to meijer, and away from the party scene of the campus and noise of downtown, this location is perfect. it's also great for gvsu commuters and people who are planning on studying abroad next year.

the rent is $350/month and includes gas and water in the price. the apartment is a second floor, 2 bedroom apartment with about 800 sq. feet.

the company that owns this complex is also very professional and very good about helping their tenants with things they need. the landscaping is great, mechanical problems are taken care of asap, and they have a pool facility and a beautiful pond near the center of the complex.
