hello, i am looking for a honest roomate i have two rooms available, one at 450$ standard size room, and a 500$ larger master bedroom. there is one bath on main floor, all utilities are included with washer and dryer in basement. the third room is my daughters whom i have full custody of and am very protective of which is why i am seeking female tenants, less risks, the basement is my area the main floor can be decorated within reason to both tenants liking. i have a absolute zero drug policy and no parties so if i can't trust to leave my money laying around by u or friends please don't respond. i live in nice area with pool access across street, at my friends, the retired officers house and his wife. my house is 15 minutes due east of metro airport 1/4 mile from river and 30 minutes from all major colleges including ann arbor 10 minutes from any food or shopping you can think of. i am the most honest person you can ever meet i bbq and alwyas have food i love to cook i work a lot of hours so i build a fire in my backyard almost every week and watch a movie outdoors on big tv to relax.
