*the room for rent is completely dry-walled, but with similar size, floor, storage, and vaulted ceiling*we are a married household, age 30-31, and a 6 month old, there is also a toy poodle (does not shed). our 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom home is on a quiet cul-de-sac next to a nature preserve and runs along a creek. the home has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs that we occupy. we are seeking a professional and responsible individual to rent/lease an upstairs room in our home. rent is $575.00 a month furnished and $525.00 unfurnished and includes all utilities as well as wireless internet, central air, cable (available in room), bathroom (not private, but close to it), off street parking, on-site washer/dryer, and access to heated in-ground pool. there will be access to the kitchen and upstairs space, but renter belongings will not be allowed in these spaces as they are already furnished. the rent also covers a cleaning/maintenance fee that includes: cleaning of bathroom (since it is not completely private), cleaning & maintenance of pool, cleaning supplies for shared living spaces such as floors and kitchen, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags.
the bedroom features vaulted wood ceilings, wood floors, a decent sized closet, and an extra storage space above the closet. the home is located between wyoming and grandville with easy access to the mall, stores, eateries, 131, 196 and m6. the room would also be perfect for a traveling individual who only needed housing during the week - please inquire about those rates.
lease options will be for 6 or 12 months, with a tiered rental agreement that allows for rent to be lowered by 20.00 if renewing a lease after a year. there is a deposit of $575.00 due at signing of lease. viewings are available upon request, but we are asking for serious inquiries only. a background and credit check will be completed before an applicant will be accepted.
