i am looking for a roomate because i am going through a divorce right now. i would prefer a roomate who is a nonsmoker, who likes pets,(i have 2 dogs and a cat), who is neat and tidy (i'm very particular about my house being clean), someone who likes to have fun and is outgoing. i'm not big into having parties or lots of people over on a regular basis. i do have at least one big party every month or 2 to celebrate something though. i work a crazy schedule and am gone for around 11 hours a day 5 days a week.
