i'm a professional woman with 4 cats. i'm renting the master bedroom with it's own private bath, furnished or unfurnished. i'm also willing to negotiate rent if you want the other bedroom and use the main bathroom, and cut the lawn and/or other small projects. i smoke cigarettes, and only recently started smoking inside the house when my last roommate left. i don't mind if you smoke cigarettes, drink, or have pets, but i will not tolerate late rent, drugs, or cruelty to my pets.
