hello :) my husband and i have a large house in bay city we are both college students at delta, so if your a college student at svsu or delta think options! car pool! room is not just limited to students though, so all feel free to contact us. my name is krystina i am 29 and my husband is 30. we are currently renting out a room right now and have one more available. we are asking 375 a month and that includes everything except food. you will have free roam of the house except others rooms of course. there is also a basement for storage if need be, and a large shed out back.you will have your own bathroom as well but you are more then welcome to use the other bathroom .you must buy your own food although if i make dinner i will most likely share :), there is a washer and dyer available for your use as well. if you need a job we are also within walking distance of several businesses that are always hiring! if you have any questions please call or text serious people only please.!!! thanks for looking.
