this is a -share- situation in my home for (1) female renter. no boyfriends/dogs /cats, sorry its going to be tuff to find someone in the same situation as myself single but on a mission not really looking because of no time focused on job/life/projects in life/etc... my mission is this house i have many projects to do yet, its a large house so that is why i decided to rent a room for the $ so lets begin........... a little about me, im in construction/private security i do have a cpl if thats a deal breaker no need to reply iv been carrying since the late 90's when nobody even knew what a cpl was. . i am a single white male w/large friendly dog nothing going on but the rent! nothing! iv worked in detroit for 30+ years & finally moved to this tight knit community of rosedale park if you know the area i dont need to explain how nice it is, if you dont google it! you will see a detroit you dont see on the eve news.......sadly the home is almost done being remodeled although the upstairs where you will be is complete! from floor to ceiling as are the steps going down to the rest of the home. we will be sharing the full bath & washer/dryer in the basement the kitchen is under construction now although its a functional kitchen! not complete but all stainless appliances dishwasher etc...i can explain at the showing you will have a better understanding viewing the home in person, so with that being said any females out there on mission like me here is a chance to save$ you dont have taxes/utilities/mortgage/up-keep there is free internet here too! reply with a phone # il call you back i do email sometimes not much, im oldschool born in 66 you do the math :~) thanks for reading my ad........
